Order Timeline for Health Plan Members

• Day 1

  Enroll & Order Meals

  Order meals by using the link sent to you via text or email or go to madeeasymeals.com. If you have recurring meal orders, your orders repeat to give you "set it & get it" convenience. You can change, skip, or pause recurring orders as needed.

• Day 2-4

  Receive Meals

  Meals are shipped the next business day after your order.

  Meals are delivered within 1-3 business days.

  Shipping status is provided via text message.

• Day 5-8

  Re-Order Meals

  For subscriptions, no action is necessary. To change your order, submit a new order by clicking the link sent via text.
  To pause your subscription, text PAUSE to 88106. Resume your subscription by submitting a new order.

• Day 9

  Rate Meals

  Rate the meals you ate this week using the link we send you via text, or text RATE to 88106 to rate your satisfaction with your meals.
