How do I know if I am Eligible for the Meal Delivery Service?
Our customers are typically covered by Medicare Advantage Plans. Your plan will let you know about the meal benefit and assist with your enrollment. To see if your plan covers the full cost of the meals, consult you plan materials or call the phone number on the back of your insurance card.
The number of meals and frequency of delivery varies based on plan design. We work with each plan to determine the specific needs for their member clients.
Is my spouse or primary caretaker covered by the meal plan?
Our program is able to deliver meals for you and other members of your household. However, please check with your plan to determine if your spouse or primary caretaker is covered for the free benefit.
How do I enroll in the program?
All we need is some basic information such as your name, address, mobile number that you provide on your enrollment form.
Once your enrollment in the program is completed, you will receive two text messages.
- One message will confirm your enrollment into the program.
- The next message will direct you to where you can order your first week of meals.
